JOLLIBEE BUYS COFFEE BEAN AND TEA LEAF

What I like about the deal:

1. Coffee Bean has more than 1,000 stores globally
2. Coffee Bean is an amazing brand
3. Coffee Bean is in countries where there is no Jollibee yet
4. Coffee Bean will bring Jollibee closer to its goal of being one of the largest fast food chains in the world.

What I don’t like about the deal:

1. Coffee Bean has lost money in the past two years.

The stock at 251 Pesos is around 20% cheaper the the peak for 2019.
