Honey coffee.
Ingredients:
2 cups water
2 tsp Coffee. freshly ground
1 tsp honey or to taste 
Direction:
1. Pour the water in to the pot and bring to boil.
2. When the water is boiling. take it off the stove. and immediately stir the
coffee into it. Set a side for several minutes.
Heat again.
3. Pour the coffee mix through the filter. Strain. add honey and serve hot
coffee.
