Recipes:
Hot Chocolate delight:
1 cup Unsweetened almond milk
1 packet monk fruit or your choice of sweetner
1 tbsp of cocoa unsweetened
2 1/2 small pieces of baker’s unsweetened chocolate
pinch of salt
top off with whipped topping sugar free
for WW freestyle points: 8 (would be considered a dessert)

Directions: heat almond milk to boil with unsweetened baker’s chocolate, remove from heat add monk fruit packet, pinch of salt and cocoa powder, mix in bullet and top off with whipping cream and chocolate shavings, serve

Cinnamon & Turmeric Coffee:
8 oz black coffee
1 tsp of cinnamon
1 tsp turmeric
1 packet of monk fruit
mix in Magic Bullet and serve
for WW freestyle points: 1

Pumpkin Spice Latte: you may add a small amt of black coffee with this latte
1 cup of Almond milk
1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
pinch of salt
1 tbsp of pumpkin puree
1 packet monk fruit
pinch or more to your taste nutmeg
1 tsp pumpkin spice
1 tsp cinnamon
for WW Freestyle points: 2

Heat all ingredients except the pumpkin puree in pan
when to a boil add tbsp of pumpkin puree, mix in bullet and serve with whipping topping and chocolate shavings or toppings of your choice. Enjoy!
