Lukas Zahradnik’s 1st Place Recipe:

Method: Inverted
Coffee: 20g coffee
Water: 230 grams
Water Temperature: 174 F
Total Brew Time: 1:30

Bloom the coffee for 15 sec with 60g water. Then create a turbulent wiggle for 15 seconds. Top the rest of the AeroPress off with water over 10 seconds. Press stopping just under 1 on AeroPress.
