Mars Drinks FLAVIA Barista: How to Brew, Part 1 – Espresso and Coffee

The MARS DRINKS™ FLAVIA® Barista is more than just a coffee maker. It’s the only single-serve office brewer that crafts perfect coffees, teas, lattes, cappuccinos and authentic espressos, all at the push of a button.

How to Brew Espresso:
Espresso is always made on the right side of the machine.

1) Select “espresso” from the display menu. The drawer will automatically open.
2) Insert your espresso Freshpack with the red nozzle pointed up. It’s important to note that only espresso Freshpacks with the red nozzle are used on the right side of the brewer.
3) Close the drawer to start brewing. The display screen indicates when your drink is ready.

How to Brew Coffee, Tea, and Hot Chocolate:
Coffee, tea and hot chocolate are always made on the left side of the machine.

1) Select your drink category from the options on the display menu. You can also select the size of your drink, or whether it will be over ice.
2) Insert your Freshpack in the left brewer drawer with the nozzle pointing up.
3) Close the drawer to start brewing. The display screen indicates when your drink is ready.
