1: Using the Nespresso capsule of your choice make an espresso coffee.
2. Using the milk frother steam the milk in a small metal jug until it is hot and frothy.
3. Gently bang the jug a few times on your work top to get rid of excess air (you may want to decant into another jug if you have heated too much milk).
4. Pour the hot frothy milk around the the cup in a swirling, jiggling motion to mix the milk into the coffee.
5. Pour the milk into a shape of your choice.
