1 tbsp sugar
6-8 oz. brewed coffee
1/2 cup non-dairy milk, steamed or heated
1/8 tsp peppermint extract
for topping: coconut whipped cream, crushed candy cane
Eggnog Latte:
1-2 shots of espresso (or 6 oz. brewed coffee)
1/2 cup vegan nog (I’ve tried So Delicious and Califia Farms)
dash cinnamon and nutmeg
for topping: coconut whipped cream & nutmeg
Affogato: [ this may be more like a dessert but I would have it for breakfast instead of coffee lmao]
2 scoops non-dairy ice cream (I used So Delicious Cinnamon Cookie Dough for a holiday twist)
1 shot espresso OR 1/4 cup strong brew coffee
for topping: if you want to get fancy add some crushed candy cane or chocolate shavings
