2020 Barista Championship Eastern Qualifier – Nelson Phu, Rosso Coffee Roasters (2nd Place)

Nicknamed ‘Steam,’ the Canadian 2020 BC Eastern Qualifier was held in the historic CASO Station in St. Thomas, Ontario. Hosted by Las Chicas Del Cafe, this was a monumental event for the region and for the Canadian Chapter of the SCA.

Six of the finalists from this event will earn a spot to compete at the national barista championships in 2020.

The Sanremo Cafe Racer is the official machine of the 2019/2020 Canadian Barista Championships.
