Excellent features that compare favorably to other double boiler machines- stainless steel double boiler, PID control on both boilers, etc. Where Bianca sets itself apart is in the pressure profiling paddle.

Love my Bianca!

Waited for years to upgrade from a basic HX machine, narrowed it down to a couple PID double boilers, then found the Bianca at 1st-line. So happy that I did- having the paddle control over pressure gives me total control over the shot. Mostly using it for longer preinfusions, learning a lot over at home-barista.com. Think of it as an adjustable gliceur. Steaming pressure is excellent, temp control is right on the money. Terrific support from Jim at 1st-line , next step is to plumb it in. I’m using a Niche grinder, and my results are fantastic with a wide range of coffees. I’ve had my Bianca for a year and a half, and it’s still going strong.

I don’t think you can top this machine right now, especially in this price range. The espresso is fantastic, it’s a beautiful machine, and it’s built from top quality components. Bravo to Lelit and 1st-line for this game changer!
