Detailed Commentary

Love the Bianca. It’s quiet. It’s much smaller than most other machines. I tried a Vetrano 2B previously and this is much smaller. Steam power is fantastic. I really like the ability to profile. For my daily go to Nicoletti roast, I do not profile. When I play with some light roasts I’ll grind fine, preinfuse and profile. It’s fantastic. Definitely happy with my purchase. I would do it agin in a heartbeat.

Jim at 1st-Line is fantastic. He took the time to answer all my questions on the phone and in person. The customer service from 1st-Line is great. I can highly recommend 1st Line and will use them for all needs moving forward.
