Great machine, ample control over the brewing

A bit bulky

I purchased the Bianca as a way to combine the quality and power of a prosumer machine with the ability to manually control the drawing of shots. The Bianaca, with its unique paddle, was the natural choice. Indeed, the machine is proving itself with gusto. The Bianca emulates powerful ristrettos as served in my favorite coffee shop: they burst with flavor, are full bodied, and lack the bitterness and acidity. My coffee has turned out to be a draw for my (adult) children’s friends, as ordering coffee has become one of their rituals.  I am profoundly happy with the Bianca.
