Detailed Commentary

I’ve been using Bianca for about 6 months now and I am beyond satisfied. Pulling great shots and making excellent microfoam for my lattes. I wasn’t sure if I would use the flow profiling feature, but I actually use it quite a bit to fine tune a shot, and do long pre-infusion “Slayer” shots. I don’t think there is another machine out there that comes close to Bianca in terms of value and beauty. Nothing needs upgrading. The shower screen and baskets are very good. Comes with bottomless portafilter, and everything needed to plumb in. The hype is totally justified!
