Detailed Commentary

Fantastic machine. Bianca is serviceable, and that makes it much more valuable long term. I know if there’s ever a problem, I can fix it, not simply throw it in the trash.
I’m a home roaster and love the variables that make outstanding cups a possibility. I’m able to roast so many different profiles that result in fantastic cups due to Bianca’s pressure profiling paddle.
I never dump a cup due to improper grind. The paddle saves it. Under extractions are easily fixed by closing down the paddle. Over extractions turn into slow drip cups replicating a fantastic pour over.
I typically have 8-10 different fresh roast profiles at a time. I simply record the roast, start with a 20 gram grind on my Baratza Forte’ set at #2 H and make micro changes from there with weight and timing. The paddle makes this machine super versatile.
