-Profiling of shots is wonderfully useful for lighter roast. Allows you to either do really slow pre infusions or very gradual flow like a lever

Detailed Commentary

I have owned this machine for about a year. It is top notch and has never had a single problem. I have found the consistency and shot quality to be fantastic, the temperatures seems stable and the ability to control the profile of the shot has been helpful for both “Saving” and enhancing a shot.

If you have a shot flowing too fast, you can try to slow it down by lowering your pressure, or you can play with the pressure to enhance the shot and make the machine take on a different style. For instance, hard and fast to 9 bar for a dark italian style, or SLOOOOW and then pop to 9, then SLOW back to 2-4 for a light roast.

Machine works well and I would recommend for anyone looking for a traditional italian design to buy this.
