Machine has lots of features (dual boiler, paddle for pressure profiling, PID, large tank, preinfusion), comes with accessories (decent tamper, bottomless & regular portafilter, and parts to connect to water supply) and is beautiful machine…all for a reasonable price

Developed a small leak in the first 6 months of owning, but was quickly fixed with plumber’s tape.

This was my first espresso machine, and after a lot of research I decided to go with the Bianca since it has all the features i was looking for (dual boiler, PID, good looking machine) and more, and the price was in line with other machines with less features. I purchased the Eureka Mignon Specialita as a bundle, and this combo has been great so far.

This machine has been great at producing espresso shots and steams milk really quickly, and it has been great to learn from this machine as it reflects my skills accurately. My machine is set up on a smart plug, and that has been great. I have not extensively use the pressure profiling feature yet, but hope to experiment with it as I get more comfortable with regular espresso shots. As a beginner, this machine has been great and fun to experiment with, and the bottomless portafilter that comes with the machine has been eye opening and a great learning tool. The programmable features are great with temperature settings, pre-infusion settings, etc.

The machine is also very beautiful, with the wooden accents.

This was my first espresso machine, and I am really glad I went with an upgraded option, and I have a lot more to learn and experience with this machine.

Bought from 1st Line, and had a great experience (delivery was fast and secure). The machine developed a small leak after a couple of months and Jim walked me through diagnosing the problem as well as the fix (plumber’s tape) which gave me greater confidence and appreciation of the Bianca.
