This is a three layer pudding with chocolate, caramelised nuts and coffee flavours.
Ingredients
1. Chocolate Biscuits 150g
2. Melted Butter 75g
3.Sugar 4tbsp
4. Cashew nuts -1/4cup
5. Almonds. 1/4cup
6. Gelatin. 3tsp
7. Water. 4 tbsp
8. Eggs 2 (Separated egg whites n yolks)
9. Condensed Milk 3/4 cup
10. Instant Coffee Powder. 2tsp
11. Whipping Cream 1cup
12. Dark Chocolate 50g
13. Butter 1tbsp
