“Whole Bean Simmering”
This is a righteous cup! you should try it! It’s called “Whole Bean Simmering”
where “the Coffee bean is never broken” and the grounds taste is carefully removed. for a “truly magical cup of coffee” Here is how I discovered it, and how to Make it yourself.
I discovered a real way to make coffee, that has magic in it.
I decided i wanted to see what a bean was to my pallet.
So I took a single Italian roast bean and put it in my mouth.
I noticed right away a sharp unpleasant electrical taste,
then 3 minutes after that, it subsided, the next flavor was thrilling. I noticed the whole bean by itself had a rich, full,
completely good, and almost magic flavor to it, for about ten minutes,
after that the flavor was gone, and I bit the bean in half,
and the taste was almost a dirty ground yucky electrical front.
I decided to try and capture that whole rich, full, good, magic taste, that the unbroken bean had.
Here is how I did it:
Part 1:) I poured a normal amount of a filters worth of Italian roast, of unbroken beans, into a pan full of 1 1/2 cups of water, I boiled it on high for about five minutes. This took the beginning sharpness off the bean.
I dumped the water down the drain and saved the now perfect beans, removing the sharpness
Part 2:) Then I put them in two cups of water in a pan and brought it to boil, and right after boiling, I set it to simmer, on medium heat, for 10 minutes, stirring it occasionally to keep the floating whole beans away from constantly touching the side of the pan. These ten minutes are where the bean transfers a flavor, so rich and pure, to the broth like water, that it is unbelievable!
Part devil emoticon Use a colander or strainer, to pour the broth into a bowl separating out the whole beans, Make sure the bowl is such that you can pour it into a coffee cup, then serve.
Part 4:) Taste that coffee smudge, and wait for the after taste, it’s righteous.
Part 5:) You will probably notice a small amount of acidity that grows while the cup sits over time, not to worry, adding milk or creamer (Not Very Much) makes mind blowing Late’ Flavor, and Mind blowing regular creamed coffee!
Part 6:) Do a taste test against regular coffee from the same bean, it’s a remarkable difference!
Part 7:) Try a 3 minute boil then a 5 minute simmer for a different level,
Good luck and have a great day, with an interesting new cup!!!
