This is easy and kids special recipe and it is deliciously sophisticated dessert.
Ingredients:
Milk 200 ml
Sugar 30 Grams
Egg 2 Numbers
Coffee mixture 1 Tablespoons
Gelatin 7 Grams
Vanilla essence 1 Teaspoons
Dates syrup 1 Tablespoons
Cream 1 Cup
Directions:
1. Take egg and separate yolk and white then beat the egg white.
2. Soak gelatin in water and boil in double boiler and melt it.
3. Take a pan and add milk, sugar to boil it.
4. Transfer it into a glass and keep aside when the milk is warm place it on a double boiler.
5. Add yolks and keep mixing it until mixture becomes thick.
6. Remove vessel and place it on another vessel containing water and add coffee mixture, gelatin, vanilla essence, whisked egg white, cream and mix thoroughly without any lumps.
7. Transfer into a jelly mould and keep in the refrigerator for 15 mins.
8. Demould it into a plate using the finger and garnish with dates or coffee syrup.
