How To Make Dalgona Coffee Ice Cream Cake
Ingredients:
Base
12pcs Graham Crackers Crushed
1 tbsp Sugar
1/4 cup Butter
Cream Layer:
410 ML Angel Kremdensada Chilled Overnight
or
1 cup All Purpose Cream Chilled
1/3 cup Condensed Milk Chilled
Whipped Coffee:
3 tbsp Instant Coffee Powder
3 tbsp Sugar
3 tbsp Hot Water
Procedure:
1. Mix all base ingredients in a pan.
2. Flatten surface and chill.
3. Beat cream for 10-15 minutes or until double.
4. Place on top of the base.
5. Mix all whipped coffee ingredients for 10-15 minutes.
6. Add on top of cream.
7. Chill for 2-4 hrs before serving.
8. Best served chilled.
