Ingredients:

1 cup (155g)… All purpose flour
1/2 cup (90 g)….icing sugar or sugar powder
Instant Coffee powder ….2 tbsp (7g)
(Instead of Coffee, you can use Decaf coffee for kids)
1/2 cup (100g)…..unsalted Butter
1 tsp…Baking Powder
1.5 tbsp or 1/8 cup…….cocoa powder
1/4 cup (30g)…..cornflour
Extra 2 to 3 tbsp…… milk if require

Bake at preheat oven at 169 degree Celsius for 20 mins
