I just have to rant about how much of a headache exporting this video has been… so here’s my rant 😂
I’ve had 14 failed attempts… some at 5% some at 12% some at 30% some at 70%, AT ALL THE PERCENTAGES. When I copied over my footage from my SD card to my SSD the files got corrupted somewhere along the way so that every 10/15s my footage would glitch (as you’ve probably seen by now) and there would be a “black frame”. Every time FCPX came across a black frame in export it would fail. So I’ve spent forever trying to meticulously edit them out and edit around them. Every time the export failed I’ve had to rewatch the video with my face glued to the screen to find an individual black frame that is causing the crash – this is the equivalent of finding a needle in a haystack and then repeating that process 14 times. I’TS FINALLY OVER. I hope it was worth it 🧡
