Milo Jelly Dessert
Ingredients
MILO JELLY MIXTURE
2 pack(22g) Milo
1 pack(25g) Unflavored White Gelatin Powder
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 Tbsp cocoa powder (To darken color)
4 cups Water

CREAM JELLY MIXTURE
1 pack(25g) Unflavored White Gelatin Powder
1 Tbsp Milo
1/4 cup sugar
3 1/2 cup water
1 Big Can (370 ml) Evaporated Milk
1 Big Can (300 ml) Condensed Milk

Procedure
1. MILO JELLY MIXTURE. In a pot combine gelatin powder, sugar, milo and cocoa. Mix.
Add water. Mix well. Turn on stove and stir over medium heat until it boils. Turn off
the heat and pour into mold. Let it cool to set. Once set cut milo jelly into cubes.
Arrange milo jelly into the mould.
2. CREAM JELLY MIXTURE. In a pot combine gelatin powder, milo and sugar. Mix. Add
water, evaporated milk and condensed milk. Mix well. Turn on stove and stir over
medium heat until it boils. Turn off the heat and pour over milo jelly. Let it cool to
set. Once set unmold into a clear container and chill in the ref before serving.
