Detailed Commentary

I have owned two espresso machines for a number of years, a Vivaldi DB and a Salvatore HX machine. I wanted an upgrade and after much research decided a pressure profiling machine would be fun. I decided that I wasn’t going to go crazy so capped my search to no more than $4,000. I then read David Corbin’s review of the Biance and was sold. Bought the machine from 1st-Line. I have been extremely pleased with the machine and find it to be a significant upgrade to what I have used to this point. To be honest $2,800 for this machine is a bargin in my mind.
