First, let me discuss the product, then I’ll get to the experience.  As a home consumer the Lelit Bianca is easily the best machine I’ve ever used.  I’m coming from previous experience using an HX with a vibration pump that I  had and serviced myself for over 7 years.  I was overdue for an upgrade, and took too long trying to make a decision on what to get.  After my experience with the Bianca all my fears have melted away.  The build quality of this machine is excellent.  The polish on the chrome results in exclamations of joy from the people that turn the corner and the machine first comes into view.  Those who don’t even know or appreciate espresso are immediately intrigued at one glance.  It’s a nice conversation piece in the home.  

The Lelit Bianca’s features and performance are, in my mind, LEGENDARY.  I had high expectations after all the research that I had done, but they were exceedingly surpassed.  The paddle is not near as complicated as you may be thinking if you’ve never used one, but it’s also as complicated as you would like to make it.  What I mean by this is there are endless possibilities with experimentation of shot extraction to your taste.  The brew power of this machine is perfect and steam power is very good.  To steam a medium pitcher of very cold milk takes around 18-24 seconds.  The first time I used this machine I couldn’t believe how quiet it was.  It has to be one of the quietest machines on the market.  It’s highly versatile with it’s removable water tank and ability to be plumbed, and even the option for a drain on the drip pan!  If you keep the tank you may even move it to either side or keep it on the back.  A very unique feature indeed!  
The equipment that comes with this machine will blow your mind.  I’ve never seen such a comprehensive array of supplies with any other machine.  They even include a tamper that is perfect for the Bianca!  Perhaps the best thing is the inclusion of both a bottomless portafilter  and a dual spout PF as well as three sizes of baskets.  It basically comes with everything you need to start other than coffee beans and a grinder.   The wood accents on this machine are also worth mentioning because they are beautiful.

My experience with 1st-line has been first-rate.  The videos that they do answered all of my questions and helped me to make an educated decision.  The way the products are packaged is perfectly done, and with much care.  It’s obvious that they don’t just sell espresso products but try to understand things from the viewpoint of the home consumer and what they may want and need.
