Bottom Line:	Great machine to last a life time, it fall shorts in a few thecnological thing that other machines offer as mention on top.

Positive Product Points

Strong steam, makes great expresso, adjustable pressure while you making a shoot, large water tank and you could also direct connect it to water supply.

Negative Product Points

The machine is very heavy, takes to long to heat up, and doesn’t include a build in timer, coffee pod is almost never dry.

Detailed Commentary

I have the Bianca connected with a smart outlet and I programmed to star the day a 7am it takes around 30 minutes to be ready and then It goes to sleep after 90 minutes. I make about 4 to 6 cortados a day and really love the way it comes out, i really compensate the long wait.
I have the Bianca and the Eureka side by side and it really makes a great combination. My younger son loves coffee as well and we always experimenting with different coffees bean and we do some time play around with the customized pressure build needle on top of the group-head.
The Bianca is really a piece of art, compare to my Breville and Saeco it is quite superior in craftmanship a quality. You could make a shoot while you steaming milk and it is unstoppable.

Buying the Bianca & Eureka was quite a great experience, I travel al the way from Brooklyn to Freehold NJ where I was treated very well by Jim.
